Kanenas Cafe is a Greek-inspired specialty cafe and eatery in Ealing, London, completed in October 2019. We were approached by the client to handle the design and delivery of the 50 square meter refurbishment. For the design, our team drew on influences of Greek interiors to create a bright and warm environment that is at once welcoming and peaceful, creating "a home for the neighbourhood". 

 

Working within a very tight time-frame and project budget, our team took on project-management services in order to assist the client in optimising all project costs and outcomes. We appointed a contractor early-on in the process for a Design & Build procurement route. The project was completed in four months between the start of design and construction completion.
